To address building safety concerns raised in the current health crisis, the U.S. Green Building Council is updating LEED and WELL building strategies to address factors that can affect the spread of the coronavirus, including indoor environmental quality. Raised floors with underfloor air distribution have always been a common LEED/WELL strategy. We look forward to continuing to help buildings supply better indoor environmental quality in the future.
