Applebee’s wanted their new support center to revolve around culinary excellence, be
flexible, promote community, help attract and retain the best employees, promote health and
productivity, and align with nature. They found that many of these aims could be met by
environmentally sustainable practices.
British Petroleum Helios Plaza
This buildings primary use is to provide more trading floor and office space, supporting BP's Integrated Supply and Trading function and associated businesses. Adhering to BP's high sustainability goals, the project team created a 6-story 400,000 square foot facility that was awarded LEED Platinum certification from the United State Green Building Council.
Jim Russell Racing Drivers School
The Project Frog team joined forces with Emotive Group and Tate Access Floors to create a world-class racing school at Infineon Raceway in Sonoma, California. The new 14,000 sf Jim Russell Racing Drivers School and Audi Driving Experience is comprised of a learning and demonstration environment, media center, café, and lounge overlooking the track.
