British Petroleum Helios Plaza
BP's facility at Helio Plaza in Houston is primarily used to provide more trading floor and office space, supporting BP’s Integrated Supply and Trading function and associated businesses. Adhering to BP’s high sustainability goals, the project team created a 6-story 400,000 square foot facility that was awarded LEED Platinum certification from the United State Green Building Council.
WMS Gaming Headquarters
In 2009, WMS Gaming launched a company-wide green initiative. In addition to the implementation of everyday green strategies came a commitment to seek LEED Platinum certification for major new facilities.
Montana State Fund
The data center, offices and training spaces of the MSF building are built with access floor for data systems and air delivery, high efficiency indirect lighting, light reflecting materials and low-height office furniture systems to increase day lighting and provide an open work environment.

Tesoro World Headquarters

SSA Call Center
